Randstad is seeking compassionate SEMH Tutors to support children in crisis and local authority care back toward education. You will deliver bespoke 1:1 sessions that blend academic mentorship with emotional regulation, using trauma-informed approaches to calmly de-escalate difficult moments and rebuild trust.

You will work closely with local authorities to monitor milestones and provide feedback, drawing on experience in education or related settings to help young people re-engage with learning.
