Job Title: 1:1 Key Adult / Learning Support Mentor (SEN / EOTAS) Location: Bromsgrove / Worcestershire Pay Rate: £100-£120 per day + mileage Hours: 32.5 hours per week Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated 1:1 Key Adult / Learning Support Mentor to support a young person receiving an Education Other Than At School (EOTAS) package. You will build a trusted relationship, supporting educational activities both at home and in the community (including outdoor learning and train-spotting excursions). Key Responsibilities Accompany and support the young person across various activities, including forest school, community workshops, and swimming/leisure visits. Facilitate travel to and from activities using your own vehicle. Deliver indirect therapeutic strategies designed by Speech Language, Occupational, and Physiotherapy specialists.
