We are seeking a reliable maintenance labourer to join a team in Yeovil. As a labourer, you will be responsible for working alongside the trades team and clearing properties on a day-to-day basis. This is not a building site so a CSCS card is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting trade staff with maintenance & repair work across their operating area.
- Working for a large maintenance contractor.
- Clearance work of void properties.
- External repairs.
- Vehicle supplied for internal material runs between depots.
Requirements
- Hold a valid driving licence.
- Competent to drive a flatbed van.
- Must have full PPE.
- Available to work 40 hours a week.
