Randstad Staffing is looking for a Learning Support Assistant in Tilbury to provide high-quality 1:1 and small-group support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). You will play a vital role in helping children overcome learning barriers and build confidence.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in supporting children with SEN, preferably with a Level 2/3 qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning. This role requires effective communication and behaviour management skills, along with a full, clean driving licence.
