Randstad are looking for a dedicated Tenancy Support Worker. In this role, you will work independently across Edinburgh and Midlothian, providing vital tenancy sustainment support to older adults. You'll be helping them maintain stable accommodation, navigate housing systems, and live independently with dignity. You can expect a fantastic salary between £23,643 - £24,111, doe.
Responsibilities
- Providing hands‑on support to help older adults maintain stable, safe, and secure accommodation.
- Assisting individuals with housing applications, Housing Benefit claims, and sourcing grants.
- Helping clients set up essential utilities (gas, electricity, etc.) to ensure a smooth transition or continuation of their tenancy.
- Traveling independently across Edinburgh, Midlothian, and Penicuik areas to deliver personalized care and support.
