Salary: £20,941.30 – £22,835.30 per year (based on experience and qualifications)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week – Term time only

Your Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you\’ll be instrumental in supporting students\’ learning and personal development. You\’ll help create a positive and inclusive atmosphere where students feel encouraged, confident, and ready to learn. Your support will be key to helping them grow academically, emotionally, and socially.
What You\’ll Do:
- Build strong, supportive connections with students, boosting their confidence and well-being.
- Encourage independence and uphold high standards of behaviour and engagement.
- Assist in creating and delivering exciting, tailored learning activities.
- Support teachers in managing the classroom and ensuring smooth daily operations.
