We are seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to work full time (40 hours per week) in small classes of 6‑8 pupils, supporting their learning and wellbeing. The role is permanent and based at our primary and secondary campus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support pupils with SEN (including autism) in small group settings.
  • Assist with planning, delivery, and assessment of lessons.
  • Promote confidence, independence, and a positive learning environment.

  • Desirable: experience in care, education or childcare.
