Your Role
- Lead a small nurture group: Delivering a primary-model curriculum adapted for secondary learners.

- Collaborative Working: Partner with on-site therapists and support staff to create individualised learning plans.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): This is essential. We welcome applications from both Primary and Secondary trained teachers who have a "nurture" mindset.
- Driving License: Due to the beautiful, rural location of our school, you must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle (public transport links are limited).
- SEN Experience: A proven track record of working with Autism and managing challenging behaviours is highly desirable.
- Resilience: The ability to remain calm under pressure and provide a consistent, safe space for our students.
