Title: Support Worker
Pay Rate: £17 per hour
Location: Perth
Role summary: An experienced support practitioner is needed to aid adults. Randstad is partnering with a Scottish charity supporting adults with learning disabilities in Perth area. Successful candidates will work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Pay rates up to £17.50 Umbrella per hour. The role involves providing support to individuals on the autism spectrum in a residence located in a serene countryside setting.

Responsibilities

• Empower individuals to engage in activities they enjoy and foster independence.
• Assist with personal care as required.
• Support individuals in the transition to a supported living role and help with household tasks.

Essential requirements

• A car driver with access to own vehicle (ESSENTIAL)
• Minimum 12 months UK experience in a care setting
