Salary: £13.45/hr (Support) | £14.00/hr (Senior - SVQ 3 required)

Overtime Earnings: £37,000+ realistic salary with available overtime

Hours: 36 hours per week (Full-Time) + High-Volume Overtime

The Schedule & Flexibility

  • Shift Patterns: Choice of 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts available between 07:00 and 22:00.
  • Work-Life Balance: Full contracted hours can frequently be condensed into just 3 to 4 days.
  • Boost Your Income: Plentiful overtime is readily available. Our average staff member works 52 hours per week to maximize their earnings!

Requirements

  • Right to Work: You must hold a permanent, restriction-free Right to Work in the UK. Visa sponsorship or transfers are strictly unavailable.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the social care sector is required. You must be comfortable with variable visit lengths (30 mins to 1 hour+).
  • Transport: Open to drivers (with own vehicle) across Midlothian and Edinburgh. Walking candidates are accepted strictly within postcodes EH4, EH5, EH10, EH16, and EH17.
