Are you a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant seeking a truly rewarding role? We're looking for an exceptional and compassionate Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join our thriving school community in Worthing, West Sussex. You'll be an integral part of a collaborative multi-disciplinary team, working alongside speech and language therapists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and school nurses. Together, we help pupils overcome barriers to learning and celebrate every achievement.

The Role: Making a Difference Every Day

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our pupils both individually and in small groups. You'll work closely with class teachers to implement highly personalised learning plans, assist with classroom activities, and contribute to a nurturing and engaging learning environment. We are specifically seeking candidates with demonstrable experience dealing with complex needs.
