Randstad are looking for a dedicated and experienced Service Manager. In this role, you will empower autonomous teams, ensure the highest standards of regulatory compliance, and champion person-centred care. If you are a strategic thinker with a heart for the voluntary sector and a proven track record in care management, we want to hear from you. You can expect a fantastic salary of £36,050 per annum.

Responsibilities

  • Service Management & Leadership: Lead the planning and design of new and existing local services. Line manage, supervise, and appraise Team Facilitators to build strong, capable teams.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage Individual Service Funds (ISF) and maintain efficient, transparent financial administration systems.
  • Quality & Compliance: Utilize Quality Assurance systems and audits to ensure all services meet or exceed internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for families, health services, and local authorities, proudly representing Enable at external forums.
  • Health & Safety: Promote safe working practices across your region and proactively manage staff attendance and wellbeing.
