The Schedule & Flexibility
- Shift Patterns: Choice of 8, 10, or 12‑hour shifts available between 07:00 and 22:00.
- Work‑Life Balance: Full contracted hours can frequently be condensed into just 3 to 4 days.
- Boost Your Income: Plentiful overtime is readily available. Our average staff member works 52 hours per week to maximize their earnings!
Requirements
- Right to Work: You must hold a permanent, restriction‑free Right to Work in the UK. Visa sponsorship or transfers are strictly unavailable.
- Experience: Previous experience in the social care sector is required. You must be comfortable with variable visit lengths (30 mins to 1 hour+).
- Transport: Open to drivers (with own vehicle) across Midlothian and Edinburgh. Walking candidates are accepted strictly within postcodes EH4, EH5, EH10, EH16, and EH17.
