As a SEN TA you will be getting involved in an interactive and practical curriculum in order to promote independence and improve social and learning development. We are looking for an outgoing and compassionate SEN TA to join a friendly and supportive team who will help you to reach your full potential. This role requires a resilient, committed and passionate individual who wants to make a difference.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working on a 1:1 basis and in small groups with pupils
  • Providing feedback to teacher on students' progress and development
  • Creating a secure and positive classroom environment
  • Supervising and monitoring behaviour
  • Following the individual learning plans set by the teacher

An ideal candidate may possess the following skills and capabilities:

  • Be able to build positive and appropriate relationships with students with SEN and teachers
  • Have a passion for working with SEN children
  • GCSE Maths and English
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
