Looking to recruit a Repairs Scheduler to join a leading Maintenance Contractor on a permanent basis
Offering up to Β£29,000 + great benefits. This role is Monday β Friday 8am β 5pm office based
Responsibilities:
- Working on a large social Housing reactive repairs contract
- Liaising with clients, sub-contractors to schedule appointments for operatives
- Communicate effectively with client and customers to ensure great service is provided
- Handling general inquiries and administration tasks
- Schedule available operatives and subcontractors to jobs and discuss repairs
Requirements:
- You\βll ideally have previous experience within the repairs and maintenance sector, or a trade-based background, with good problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong administration, organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have excellent customer service skills
