The Role
As an SEN TA in our School, you will:
- Support in the delivery of engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual pupil needs
- Work collaboratively with therapists and support staff to address each child's EHCP goals
- Foster confidence, respect, and independence in our pupils
- Use a variety of strategies, including sensory tools and movement breaks, to support learning
