Our leading property management client is seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual to train and develop into a successful Block Property Manager in the East Croydon office.
Working with an established and structured business managing private residential developments in the area, you will play a key role by managing property portfolios in and around South London to ensure customers receive value for money and excellent support.

Main duties (training provided):
- Manage property portfolios in accordance with regulations
- Handle client enquiries via phone and email, taking appropriate actions
- Attend client meetings and conduct regular site visits
- Oversee contractor performance and maintenance issues
- Prepare and monitor budgets
- Manage building compliance
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure buildings are clean, safe, and pleasant for residents
