- Handle all electrical PPMs, reactive repairs, and subcontractor supervision, ensuring full site compliance via CAFM systems.
Requirements:
- Fully Qualified: NVQ L3 + AM2.
- Regulations: 18th Edition.
- Desirable: 2391 Testing & Inspection.
- Experience: Commercial office/occupied environments.
- Compliance: Ability to pass a DBS check and join the call-out rota.
