The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an energetic, professional, and reliable individual who:

  • Holds a full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years (e.g., NVQ Level 3, Cache Level 3).
  • Has proven experience working with the 0-5 age range in a formal nursery setting.
  • Possesses a thorough knowledge of the EYFS and statutory requirements.
  • Shows strong initiative, with the ability to lead activities and mentor junior staff.
  • Is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

  • Planning & Assessment: Deliver age-appropriate activities and maintain precise observations and progress reports for your key children.
