Salary: £25,878 per annum + discretionary bonus up to 8%
The Role
We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Support Services Administrator to keep our local regional office running efficiently. You will serve as the primary point of contact for office support, facilities, and general administrative needs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, maintenance, supplies, and contractor/landlord communications.
- Coordinate desk bookings, equipment, and facilities for joiners and leavers.
- Book and manage travel and accommodation requests.
- Perform routine compliance checks and maintain accurate operational records.
- Provide administrative support for company sustainability and social value initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in a facilities, receptionist, or administrative role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management.
- A proactive, flexible team player with exceptional customer service skills.
- Desirable: First Aid and Fire Warden certification.
