Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for SEN learners with complex and multiple learning difficulties.
  • Assist in managing behavioural, social, and emotional development in a classroom of no more than 8 students.
  • Collaborate with teachers and therapy teams to create a safe, enabling, and engaging learning environment.

Job Requirements

  • Qualifications: GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C/4 or equivalent).
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, Support Worker, or Childcare Professional (must be able to provide references).
  • Compliance: Right to work in the UK and willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
