Location: High-End Commercial Site (Static) in Central London

About the Role:
Join a renowned FM company as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer. This static position involves ensuring the reliable operation and maintenance of mechanical systems, meeting the high standards expected by our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on mechanical systems, including HVAC, pumps, and plumbing, chillers, AHU’s.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical faults quickly and effectively.
- Monitor and maintain critical systems to ensure continuous operation and optimal performance.
- Work closely with site management to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Complete and update service reports and maintenance logs accurately.
- Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives across the site.
- Liaise with contractors and vendors as needed to facilitate repairs and improvements.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in any mechanical discipline.
- Proven experience in building services maintenance, particularly in high-end or commercial environments.
