We are seeking a highly skilled, strategically-minded SEN Educator to manage and deliver tailored educational pathways for learners (aged 7-19, primarily concentrated in KS3/KS4) presenting with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and associated cognitive profiles. This role emphasises a relationship-based, multi-sensory pedagogical framework designed to optimise both academic output and emotional regulation.

Key Responsibilities & Strategic Objectives

  • Pedagogical Delivery: Lead high-impact, small-group interventions utilising differentiated, multi-sensory teaching methodologies.
  • EHCP Alignment: Analyse, design, and execute bespoke schemes of work directly mapped to individual Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
