We are looking for a dedicated Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our remote team.
Your primary mission will be to design, implement, and maintain systems that guarantee exceptional availability, reliability, and scalability.
You will work hand‑in‑hand with our development and operational teams to champion continuous improvement, respond to incidents, and ensure ongoing customer success.

What You Will Do
As an SRE, you will be accountable for the delivery and support of production and non‑production systems within the Azure ecosystem. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:
- Platform Excellence: Ensure ongoing platform operation, security, reliability, efficiency, and governance.
- Automation & CI/CD: Develop, maintain, and continuously improve automated tooling, configuration management, and CI/CD pipelines for building and deploying systems.
- Incident
Management: Maintain 24x7 availability of production systems.
Lead incident response, conduct post‑mortem activities, identify root causes, and execute plans to permanently resolve them.
- Architecture Support: Support development and engineering teams in building highly available, scalable solutions.
- Performance & Capacity: Conduct performance tuning and capacity planning to align perfectly with client business needs.
- Cloud Migrations: Drive or support implementation teams on Azure migration projects and managed service onboarding.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to team members on Dev Ops/SRE best practices and principles.
- Continuous Learning: Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve Redcentric's offerings.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in their domain, completely comfortable navigating complexity, and driven by delivering top‑tier quality and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience
- Azure
Mastery: Hands‑on experience with a wide range of Azure services across all environments, particularly compute, networking, storage, database, costing, security, IAM, and management tools.
- Infrastructure as Code (Ia C): Deep understanding of Dev Ops/SRE principles with demonstrable experience using Ia C tools (e. g., Terraform, Bicep, ARM) and complex CI/CD implementations.
- Modern Architecture: A solid grasp of modern industry practices and how they translate into highly scalable architectures and working practices.
- Communication & Stakeholder
Management: The ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
You can effortlessly translate and present complex technical concepts in business contexts at all levels.
- Problem‑Solving: You are capable, confident, and cool‑headed when faced with the unfamiliar and complex.
