Randstad Care is urgently filling Care Assistant positions across care homes on the islands (Shetland, Orkney, Western Isles & Argyll and Bute).
Positions start immediately with a minimum 3-month duration and guaranteed 45+ hours per week.
Pay rates are umbrella £21.00 per hour; PAYE (Rolled-Up) £17.91 per hour. Shifts typically 07:00–22:00, 5–6 days per week, with long days and some nights.
