Set within a beautiful campus in Surrey, the setting combines personalised education, therapeutic support, and preparation for adulthood to help every learner achieve their full potential.

With specialist facilities, sensory learning environments, therapeutic input, and a dedicated multidisciplinary team, students are encouraged to develop confidence, independence, communication skills, and essential life skills in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.

We are seeking compassionate and enthusiastic Learning Support Workers to join this exceptional specialist education setting. This opportunity begins with a 12-week temporary placement, paid at £93–£100 per day, before transferring onto the school's permanent staffing team with a salary of £20,000–£23,500 per annum.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday | 9am - 4pm | Term-Time Only (39 weeks per year)

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with Special Educational Needs within a school or college environment
  • Working on a 1:1 basis and within small groups
  • Encouraging independence, confidence, and engagement in learning
  • Supporting communication, social development, and life skills
  • Working closely with teachers, therapists, and specialist staff
  • Supporting student wellbeing and daily routines
  • Contributing to student records, reports, and progress monitoring
