Randstad Education in Leeds is seeking an Inclusion Support Worker to join a forward-thinking secondary setting from September 2026.

You will support pupils with specific needs, deliver targeted small-group interventions, and maintain casework records under the SENDCo's guidance.

This full-time role requires safeguarding compliance, enhanced DBS, and a proactive, collaborative approach to education, working with staff, families, and external agencies to ensure access to learning.
