The Role:
As a Property Assistant, you will be a key representative on-site, helping to keep the buildings and grounds looking immaculate for residents and visitors. Working closely under the guidance of the Estate Manager, your day-to-day duties will include:
- Maintaining excellent cleanliness across all external estate areas, paths, and driveways.
- Carrying out light, non-technical maintenance tasks and small painting/decorating jobs.
- Managing the bin stores, preparing wheelie bins for collection, and ensuring recycling areas are kept clean.
- Conducting regular estate safety checks, including replacing lightbulbs and ensuring fire exits are clear.
- Being a welcoming, courteous, and alert presence on site to support the security and well-being of the development.
