Randstad Staffing is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant in Ilford to provide high-quality 1:1 and small-group support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). You will play a vital role helping children overcome barriers to learning and build confidence.

This is a full-time permanent position requiring support five days a week, during school hours, with a focus on safeguarding and tailored support methods for neurodiverse learners.
