Are you a Psychology graduate or a data-focused professional looking to apply behavioural science in a high-impact, clinical environment?

We don't just teach; we use evidence-based Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to provide individualised, data-driven interventions.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain professional experience while working alongside experienced clinicians, using objective metrics to help autistic pupils achieve developmental and academic milestones.

We operate a strict no-sponsorship policy; all applicants must have the permanent right to work in the UK.

Working House: Mon, Wed, Thu: 8:45am - 4:45pm, Tue: 8:45am - 5:30pm, Fri: 8:45am - 4:30pm

Part‑time options: Minimum 3 days/week (must include Tuesdays and Fridays).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver structured, data‑led sessions designed to increase student independence and social functionality and following individualised curriculums.
  • Record and analyse behavioural progress data to refine and tailor individualised learning goals in real‑time.
  • Collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary team to interpret developmental trends and adjust instructional strategies based on objective metrics.
  • Receive full training in ABA techniques, behaviour management, and behavioural analysis, with a clear career pathway toward Higher Level Teaching Assistant and Lead Practitioner roles.

You Must Have

  • Relevant prior experience working with children or individuals with autism/disabilities within similar roles
  • Resilience and flexibility in a changing and challenging environment with learners who have autism and a range of support needs.
  • Committed and dedicated individual with a can‑do attitude.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Able to provide your own transportation due to the school's remote location.

Ideally You Will Have

  • Minimum Grade C/4 GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths. An Early Years qualification is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
