Key Responsibilities of an SEN TA:

  • Support the delivery of engaging, interactive, and specialist lessons.
  • Work with SEN learners on a 1:1, small group, and whole‑class basis.
  • Collaborate with teachers and therapists to provide a nurturing, structured framework for students.
  • Help students develop life‑long learning and emotional resilience.

Applicant Requirements:

  • Relevant experience supporting individuals with SEN (complex/profound needs preferred).
  • Experience working with children or young adults (paid or voluntary).
  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or equivalent).
  • Valid eligibility to work in the UK.
