Key Responsibilities of an SEN TA:
- Support the delivery of engaging, interactive, and specialist lessons.
- Work with SEN learners on a 1:1, small group, and whole‑class basis.
- Collaborate with teachers and therapists to provide a nurturing, structured framework for students.
- Help students develop life‑long learning and emotional resilience.
Applicant Requirements:
- Relevant experience supporting individuals with SEN (complex/profound needs preferred).
- Experience working with children or young adults (paid or voluntary).
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or equivalent).
- Valid eligibility to work in the UK.
