Randstad Staffing in Godalming is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to support students aged 7-19 with complex needs, including autism and NVLD. This 32-hour week role offers a secure, supportive environment with ongoing mentoring and full training.

You will provide 1:1 support, assist with literacy, numeracy and PSHE, use multi-sensory communication methods, and help students develop daily living skills. A valid UK right-to-work and Enhanced DBS are required.
