We are looking for people with great life skills to support autistic adults in Cranleigh. You'll help them learn new skills, get out into the local community, and live independently.
Responsibilities
- Help autistic adults learn new skills and participate in the local community.
- Provide person-centred support and maintain a calm approach when handling challenging behaviours.
- Support individuals in developing independence and daily living skills.
Schedule and environment
- Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm hours (no weekends/evenings).
- Comfort with helping with personal care (dressing/toileting).
- Guaranteed Christmas closure to be with family.
