Minimum Requirements
- Flexibility, resilience, and a positive approach to supporting learners
- School, nursery, or education-based experience (desirable)
- Knowledge of UK SEN settings (desirable)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Responsibilities
- Supporting learners on a 1:1, small group, and classroom basis
- Communicating with parents and carers about pupils' progress
- Participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings, and school training events
