Responsibilities

- Risk Management: Identify and assess design-related risks, developing mitigation plans and contingency strategies. Ensure that all design decisions are made with a focus on safety, quality, and sustainability.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date design records and documentation. Prepare reports on design progress and any potential issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, design technologies, and best practices. Contribute to the development and implementation of design management processes within the company.
Key Requirements
- Proven track record as a Design Manager within the construction industry, preferably with experience working on commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of building regulations, codes, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
