We are seeking an energetic, empathetic Year 8 Teacher for our school based in East Grinstead.
In this role, your focus will be teaching at primary education level - nurturing pastoral care, creative activity planning and delivery of foundational literacy and numeracy.
We operate a strict no-sponsorship policy; all applicants must have a permanent right to work in the UK.
Working
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:45 - 4, Wednesday from 8:45 - 4:30 and Friday from 8:45 - 3:30.
On occasion you will be required to work additional hours to enable you to fulfil your role.
Essentials
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience working alongside and teaching Key Stage 3 pupils operating at below age expectancy.
- A solid understanding of the SEN Code of Practice and digital literacy best practices.
- Ability to provide your own transportation due to the school's remote location.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check.
