We don't just teach; we use evidence-based Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to provide individualized, data-driven interventions. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain professional experience while working alongside experienced clinicians, using objective metrics to help autistic pupils achieve developmental and academic milestones. We operate a strict no-sponsorship policy; all applicants must have the permanent right to work in the UK.
Working hours: Mon, Wed, Thu: 8:45am - 4:45pm; Tue: 8:45am - 5:30pm; Fri: 8:45am - 4:30pm. Part-time options: Minimum 3 days/week (must include Tuesdays and Fridays).
Responsibilities- Deliver structured, data-led sessions designed to increase student independence and social functionality and following individualized curriculums.
- Record and analyze behavioural progress data to refine and tailor individualized learning goals in real-time.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to interpret developmental trends and adjust instructional strategies based on objective metrics.
- Receive full training in ABA techniques, behaviour management, and behavioural analysis, with a clear career pathway toward Higher Level Teaching Assistant and Lead Practitioner roles.
- Relevant prior experience working with children or individuals with autism/disabilities within similar roles.
- Resilience and flexibility in a changing and challenging environment with learners who have autism and a range of support needs.
- Committed and dedicated individual with a can-do attitude.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Able to provide your own transportation due to the school's remote location.
- Minimum Grade C/4 GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths.
- An Early Years qualification is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
