This specialist community school is currently seeking a SEN Trainee Tutor to join their team on a permanent basis from October 2024. This role is needed due to a current member of the support team relocating to the South West. The school supports 85 pupils with learning disabilities and additional needs aged 4-16 years. The school offers an inclusive, safe and inviting environment where every child can achieve and succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, challenging and differentiated educational activities and sensory experiences through the teaching of a broad and balanced curriculum to small groups on a 1:1 basis and, in some cases, in small classrooms of learners.
