We are seeking an empathetic, adaptable Teacher to deliver engaging English and Maths to our students.
If you excel at tailoring core literacy and numeracy skills, adapting learning for diverse needs and building confidence in a nurturing SEN environment, this could be the role for you.
We operate a strict no-sponsorship policy; all applicants must have a permanent right to work in the UK.
Working
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:45 - 4, Wednesday from 8:45 - 4:30 and Friday from 8:45 - 3:30.
On occasion you will be required to work additional hours to enable you to fulfil your role.
Essentials
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) specialising in teaching English and Maths up to GCSE as well as functional skills.
- Experience with secondary age learners (Year 10) with special educational needs and operating at below age expectancy.
- A solid understanding of the SEN Code of Practice and digital literacy best practices.
- Ability to provide your own transportation due to the school's remote location.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check.
