About the Role:

  • Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with EHCPs.
  • Collaborate with class teachers and SENCOs to implement personalized learning strategies.
  • Assist in planning and delivering tailored learning activities.
  • Promote student independence, confidence, and engagement.
  • Support students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs, where appropriate.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEN, especially in secondary schools.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A flexible and proactive approach to supporting diverse learning needs.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3 or equivalent) are desirable but not essential. Full training and support will be provided.
