Randstad Staffing is seeking a dedicated Learning and Pastoral Support Teaching Assistant to help young people with SEMH, Autism and ADHD thrive in a structured environment.

The role offers term-time hours from 8:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday, with holidays off.

You will support students in focused class settings, apply trauma-informed practices, assist with EHCP/IEP plans, and help track progress while fostering a safe, supportive classroom.
