Randstad Staffing is seeking an experienced Deputy Home Manager in Ammanford to lead our care team and provide excellent direct care to young people. You will collaborate with the Registered Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring each child's care plan supports their unique identity and needs.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in residential childcare and a Level 3 QCF qualification in Residential Childcare. Strong leadership skills and knowledge of safeguarding laws are essential for this role. This position requires an Enhanced DBS check and a full UK driving license.
