Randstad CPE is recruiting a Portfolio Accountant / Service Charge Accountant for our Croydon office. The role covers end-to-end service charge accounting for a dedicated property portfolio, working closely with Property Managers, clients, and auditors.
The ideal candidate will have experience in service charge or block accounting, strong regulatory knowledge (RICS/ARMA-Q), and hands-on use of Qube/Yardi/Tramps with MS Excel. Hybrid working with two days WFH after probation is available.
