Are you a reliable and compassionate caregiver looking to make a genuine difference? A growing care provider is seeking dedicated Home Care Workers to deliver person‑centred care to individuals in their own homes across Angus. This is a temporary role with strong potential to transition to a permanent contract.
The Schedule:
- Shifts typically run 6–8 hours covering morning, lunch, tea, and bedtime visits.
- Flexible patterns include:
- Early Shift: 06:00 – 15:15 (some 07:30 starts)
- Late Shift: 15:15 – 22:45
- Double shifts are also available.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will support a wide range of needs to promote independence and dignity, including:
- Providing personal care, mobility support, and safe transfers.
- Assisting with meals, hydration, and medication support.
- Delivering companionship, sitting services, and light housekeeping.
Requirements:
- Transport: A full UK driving licence is essential; access to your own vehicle is highly preferred as you will travel between homes.
- Experience: Previous care experience (especially care‑at‑home) is desirable.
