We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst to join a leading global IT consultancy, delivering high-impact tech transformations for a premier global investment management client in London.
You will bridge the gap between business leaders and technical teams-leading discovery, refining requirements, and driving agile delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Elicitation & Design: Lead workshops to gather requirements; create user stories, BRDs/FRDs, and process flows.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business units, product owners, and dev/testing teams.
- Agile Delivery: Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user story prioritization in Jira/Azure DevOps.
- Testing & Quality: Define acceptance criteria, support SIT/UAT, and validate solutions against business needs.
- Mandatory: Strong Banking & Financial Services (BFS) domain experience paired with Data Analysis skills.
- Toolkit: Deep Agile/Scrum knowledge, process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart), and Jira/ADO.
- Skills: Excellent communication, gap analysis, process mapping, and advanced MS Office skills.
- Pluses: SQL, Power BI/Tableau, or BA certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA).
