The Role (What You'll Actually Be Doing)
- Supported by our robust back office resources and systems, you won't be chained to a desk doing data entry. Instead, you will be the proactive, friendly face of your portfolio:
- Building and maintaining strong, trust based relationships with residents, leaseholders, and clients.
- Conducting regular, pleasant site visits to ensure your developments look fantastic and remain fully compliant.
- Overseeing local contractor performance for maintenance and repairs (fully backed by our central maintenance desk).
- Helping to prepare and monitor service charge budgets with the direct assistance of our specialist accounts team.
About You
We are looking for great communicators who love solving problems. We are actively welcoming applications from:
- The Experienced Professional: You have a background in Block Management or Estate Management and want a structured, supportive business with realistic workloads where you can thrive.
- The Career Transitioner: You have no block experience but have a strong background in AST Lettings, Tenancy Progression, Cabin Crew, or Premium Customer Service. You are highly organized, customer-focused, and eager to learn (we will fully train and qualify you!).

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational ability and a proactive, problem solving mindset.
- A valid UK driving license and access to a car for local site visits (all business mileage/expenses are fully reimbursed).
- Must live within a commutable distance of the Greater Bristol area.
