Job Purpose / Role Impact
To execute high-quality data analysis, research, and collateral creation using advanced technology and your own AI curiosity, converting raw information into solid foundation blocks for client delivery while learning the advisory craft on the job.
As a Consultant, you are the baseline execution engine of our project delivery.
Bringing your curiosity, problem solving skills, and drive for excellence to our team, you offer fresh insight, analytical capability, and a deep interest in people and the evolving nature of work.
Your focus is a generalist one, working across all product areas, including Work Design, Assessment, EVP, Emerging Talent, Operating Models, and Work Planning, but you do not require prior experience or knowledge and will learn our methodologies from the ground up.
This role is ideal for graduates or someone looking for a fresh start in a new career - who has a particular interest in consultancy and shaping future workforces.

What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities & Rhythm of the Role
Your time and energy will be balanced across three core areas
- 1. Delivery Engine (75% of your role)
- Tech-Driven Data & Analytics: Run complex talent analysis efficiently, actively adopting AI models and automation tools to shorten time-to-insight.
- Collateral & Content
Production: Draft baseline communications, report content, presentation decks, insight reports, and client workshop packs that are simple, clear, and error-free.
- Research Mastery: Gather market trends, talent intelligence, and industry benchmarks, synthesising findings into actionable client summaries.
- 2. Product Development (10% of your role)
- Support the execution and testing of standard product frameworks.
- Assist in building collateral to showcase and explain our core advisory solutions.
- Identify opportunities for continual improvement.
- 3. Learning & Administration (15% of your role)
- Upskill on advisory methodologies
- Keep pace with emerging AI and talent trends.

This role is part of a structured development programme.
We do not expect applicants to bring subject matter expertise or pre-existing AI fluency.
We are looking for people with a genuine interest in the areas we consult in, a drive to deliver excellence for our clients, a deep curiosity and openness to progressive technology, and a commitment to continual professional growth.
New joiners will be part of a small cohort (2-4 people) and will be given a week-long induction, a structured learning programme which covers consulting skills, subject matter expertise, and the application of AI and Automation to people and talent projects.
Each Consultant will also be given individual and group coaching and will have a dedicated mentor.
