This is a fabulous opportunity for a learning support worker that enjoys working on a 1:1, small group, and whole class basis with learners with varying complex needs. This is the number 1 specialist adult education centre, and they are looking for a specialist learning support worker for a full-time, permanent role (all year round) to start ASAP.
Applicants for this role need to be nurturing, patient, and committed to making learning accessible to young people and adults with severe and complex learning difficulties including ASD, MLD, non-verbal, ADHD, and challenging behaviour. This centre offers a 2-year training course completely free of charge with time in your working day to complete all necessary aspects. At the completion of the 2 years, you will be a fully qualified level 3 LSW and immediately moved into the senior team.
The Centre boasts brilliant grounds, outstanding resources, and outdoor learning spaces. You would join a committed team and support in the delivery of creative, relevant, and practical learning and life skills that meet the needs of each individual. This is a fabulous opportunity not to be missed.

Requirements:
- Teaching Assistant Qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Relevant teaching assistant, childcare, or adult care experience (Must be able to provide references)
