Location: Covering North, East and West Midlands
Salary: £33,000 - £40,000

What you'll actually be doing day-to-day:
- Travel to various client premises to competently undertake technical asbestos inspections, bulk sampling, and testing.
- Step into a management capacity for abatement schemes, ensuring everything aligns with legislative guidance, LARC, PoW, and internal RAMs.
- Own the process for successfully completing four-stage clearances and site re-occupations, liaising directly with clients, site representatives, and licensed removal operatives.
- Produce highly accurate survey data, factual test reports, method statements, and detailed site plans using modern reporting formats like PDAs.
- Help train up newer staff, provide proactive feedback to management on site conditions, and offer clear, impartial advice to build strong client relationships.
- Strictly adhere to the UKAS accredited management system, stay on top of your own quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) schemes, and take proper care of your allocated vehicle and equipment.
What you need to bring to the table:
- Must hold both your BOHS P402 and your BOHS P403/P404 (or the RSPH equivalents).
- Maintain valid personal site access accreditation's, like a CSCS card.
- Additional qualifications like a BOHS P406, W504 (S301), or a Certificate of Competence in Asbestos (CoCA) are advantageous.
- Solid, hands-on experience performing both surveying and analytical duties across a variety of site environments.
- Have a highly methodical mentality, be IT literate, and comfortable working under your own initiative, armed with a flexible, problem-solving "can-do" attitude.
