We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Residential Care Worker to support young people (ages 8-17) in a looked-after care setting. This role focuses on providing a stable, life-changing environment for children who may have experienced trauma or have additional needs such as ASD or learning disabilities.

Responsibilities:
- Daily Support: Manage meal preparation, cleaning, and transportation for young people while maintaining a safe, positive environment.
- Care Delivery: Implement individual care plans to promote emotional and social development.
- Safety & Compliance: Administer medication, maintain regulatory records, and address safeguarding concerns promptly.
